WHY “GO SUCCESS” FOR TEENS?

Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics are impacting the workforce as more and more manual jobs become automated. 

Computers are essentially logic machines that process digital information. The essence of human intelligence is not robotic. Human nature is as it has always been, and that is why employers need to have strong employees who practice human relation skills, who can listen to others, who are confident in their decision-making, and can work well with others.

People naturally possess feelings, curiosity, imagination, intuition, emotions, passion, desires, joy, purpose, goals, ethics, values, wisdom, judgment, and even humor.” Robots do not. Robots don’t fall in love.

Employees experience emotions every day when they come to work. If greeted with a warm hello and a smile, the person experiences warm emotions and they effect the work that has to be done. If greeted with a frown and harsh word, that employee may feel resentment and not work up to his or her ability. Kindness counts. Kindness impacts productivity. 

Robots may be better at assembling pieces of equipment—no emotion needed, but humans are better at coming up with effective ideas.

It is fair to say that all humans want to feel wanted or needed. If robots take over, the vast majority of work, what happens to the human mind? 

As the saying goes, As the saying goes... "An idle mind is the devil's playground." Anyone with too much time on their hands may find themselves doing what they shouldn’t be doing. People need purpose. 

Similar quotes are “An idle mind is the devil’s workshop” and “An idle mind is the devil’s doorway.” They all imply the same - people need to use their minds productively. That is human nature, and that is why employers today, aware of the infringement of robotics on their employees, are so desperate to have dependable, happy, confident, loyal, and creative people on their staff.
